Plastic tank detachment in the intercooler

When the intercooler appears as shown in the picture (with detached plastic tanks) and there is oil present in the areas indicated by the red arrows, this is not a product defect but rather the result of excessive pressure within the charge air cooling system caused by the turbocharger.

Oilcooler

The oilcooler (or oil radiator) is an essential component of the vehicle’s cooling system, designed to regulate the temperature of the engine oil or transmission oil.

Its main function is to dissipate excess heat generated by the engine and keep the oil at an optimal temperature and pressure.

Control valve

The  control valve or regulating valve for A/C Compressor is required to precisely regulate or vary the displacement of the compressor and thus the quantity of gas to be compressed.

There are 2 types of valves:

– the mechanical one which does not receive any input and mechanically regulates the flow within a set pressure range.

– the electronic one which instead receives an input from the control unit and on the basis of this input varies the compressor’s displacement.

Thermostat Flanges

We continue our specialization in the field of engine cooling, and in particular the control of coolant temperature. We are introducing our range of thermostat flanges (also known as temperature management modules).

A thermostat in a car is a part of the engine cooling system that keeps the engine at an optimal temperature, ensuring efficient performance and preventing damage due to overheating or running too cold. The thermostat controls the flow of coolant between the engine and the radiator and regulates it based on the temperature of the engine.
